There’s this moment, I imagine you’ve felt it, too.

You sit down to look at the week ahead. Maybe it’s Sunday evening, maybe early Monday morning.
You open your calendar, expecting to feel organized. Maybe even hopeful.
Instead, your stomach tightens.

The days are already full.

Appointments. Deadlines. Errands. Responsibilities.
Little colored blocks neatly stacked against one another, each demanding your time and attention.

And you think to yourself, or maybe you don’t say it aloud, but you feel it: How is this all supposed to fit?

But you convince yourself it will.
Because the calendar makes it look so orderly, so manageable.

It’s only 30 minutes, you tell yourself.
Only an hour here, an hour there.
Look at all that white space in between!

But by midweek, you’re drained.
The "white space" didn’t feel spacious at all.
