So amazing and brilliant, Doctor M! If it wasn't so long, I'd tattoo this on my thigh, for quick reference. Thanks for quoting one of my favorite thinkers, Charles Duhigg. Most people don't know that Charles did the pioneer work and after him came Atomic Habits, building on his work. Isn't that the way it goes. Edison was not the first to invent the light. He was the one with communication skills to "get it out there."

It is the small things that matter… the micro shifts. They begin to chip away at my narrative of stuckness. This worksheet calls it out in the open! Look at it… name it…make the shift. So so helpful. Thank you

This is me. Too many years of toxic work environments and toxic relationships. I’m numb and stuck. My only daily goal has been how to navigate the maze of eggshells that I constantly have to walk around. I’m exhausted. The articles help, and I’m definitely doing the worksheet. Thank you.

In there with you! I am daring to hope and believe again… one tiny consistent elementary shift at a time. I am not brave anymore either. Failure has caused so much loss of all of that. But we can do this. One micro shift at a time! Courage to you Pam!!
