Doc, this is awesome! I thought I was the only one that use to do this. I used to use this technique when teaching complex pharmacology concepts to fellow Corpsmen (Navy medics) in IDC school (advanced medical training). Thank you for sharing!
I used to always doodle through meetings (mostly circles and patterns) It helped me focus. I stopped after working from home and returning to work. In the last couple years we have new leadership and they treated the doodles as not paying attention when it really helps my brain.
Thank you for this I’m 36 and going back to school and I’m scared I’ve forgot how to study. This could be really helpful! You’re an inspiration, a true powerhouse ! I’m struggling with just one 9 month old!
